Photo Requirements: Eyes must be open and clearly visible. The photo should be in color. The background should be plain white or off-white. There should be no distracting shadows on the face or background. The photo should be clear and of continuous-tone quality. The photo should show a full front view of the head, with the face centered in the photograph and including the top of the shoulders. The photo should be no more than 6 months old.

Signature Photo Requirements: The background should be plain white or off-white. Signatures can be in JPEG or PNG Format. Signatures will be added at the bottom of the picture on the ID Card.
